  • onion 1 chopped
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 spoon
  • lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  • oil as required
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch
