Ingredients to make Crispy cutlets

  • potatoes 2(boiled and meshed)
  • semolina 3tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Coriender powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 2 (Chopped)
  • Coriender 2tbsp (Chopped)
  • onion 1 (Chopped)
  • oil for frying

How to make Crispy cutlets

  1. 2BOILED POTATOE,SEMOLINA,1ONION,2 GREEN CHILLIES,CORIENDER(CHOPPED),RED CHILLI/CORIENDER POWDER,SALT
  2. MIX WELL ALL INGREDIENTS AND MAKE SMALL ROUNDELS.
  3. MAKE ALL ROUNDELS OF SAME SIZE.
  4. HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND DEEP FRY ALL CUTLETS.
  5. FLIP AND COOK FROM THE OTHER SIDE.
