Mixed Veg Pulao.

Ingredients to make Mixed Veg Pulao.

  • 1 glass rice
  • 2 onion
  • 2 carrot
  • 1/2 kg cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tezpatta [bay leaf]
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 dalchini [cinnamon]
  • 4 tsp oil

How to make Mixed Veg Pulao.

  1. Heat oil in a cooker
  2. Soak rice.
  3. Add cumin seeds and whole spices to the oil in the cooker.
  4. Add onion
  5. Saute until they are golden brown in color.
  6. Add all the chopped veggies.
  7. Cook and add salt, red chilly powder.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Add rice and 1 glass of water.
  10. Cover the lid and cook until 1 whistle is obtained.
  11. Open the lid once the pressure is released, mix and serve hot.
