This chai is the healthy chai for chai lovers here sugar is replaced with gud/jaggery with all other healthy ingredients like ginger , cardmom , lemon grass , you can add tulsi also , this tea is best for cold and cough or the region were there is cold jaggery is very good for haemoglobin friends skip sugar and try this gud wali chai

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1Cup of water
  2. 1/4 Cup of milk
  3. 1Tsp of dried tea leaves / chai patti
  4. 1Tsp jaggery
  5. 1/4 Tsp cardmom powder
  6. 1/2 Tsp chai masala
  7. 1Tsp grated ginger
  8. Little chopped lemon grass

Instructions

  1. ADD 1CUP WATER TO DEEP PAN
  2. ADD 1TSP OF DRIED TEA LEAVES / CHAI PATTI TO WATER
  3. ADD 1TSP GRATED GINGER AND SOME CHOPPED LEMON GRASS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP OF CARDMOM POWDER AND 1TSP OF JAGGERY/GUD
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP OF CHAI MASALA
  6. GIVE A GOOD STIR
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP OF MILK
  8. TAKE ONE BOIL AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  9. SEIVE IN CUP
  10. YOUR GUD WALI CHAI IS READY
