Kadah Prashad

Ingredients to make Kadah Prashad

  • wheat flour- 1 cup
  • sugar- 1 cup
  • clarified butter- 1 cup
  • Lukewarm water-2 cup

How to make Kadah Prashad

  1. Heat clarified butter (ghee) in a wok.
  2. Now add wheat flour and roast it on slow flam with continue stirring till brown in colour.
  3. Now add lukewarm water and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add sugar, mix well and cook for another 2 minuts or till ghee sapreted

My Tip:

Do not add too much hot or too much cold water. Use lukewarm water.
