ABOUT Lachha paratha RECIPE

An easy and delicious paratha to be served with some daal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 3/4 tsp salt
  3. Oil as required
  4. Butter as required
  5. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl. Add flour, salt, 1 tsp oil,water and mix well.
  2. Make a dough.
  3. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Take a large sized ball dough,roll and flatten it.
  5. Also dust some wheat flour.
  6. Then make a roti, grease some oil and sprinkle wheat flour over it.
  7. Start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.
  8. Then fold the pleated dough like a swiss roll.
  9. Then dust flour, make a big round circle.
  10. Then place the paratha on pan, heat it and grease with ghee.
  11. Flip and roast both sides.
