Ingredients to make Tosha

  • paneer 200 gm
  • water
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tbsp
  • sugar 1 cup
  • almonds
  • pista
  • maida 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder
  • oil

How to make Tosha

  1. First prepare sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in pan.
  2. In a bowl take paneer, milk, vanilla essence, cardamom powder, maida and make dough of it.
  3. Roll the roti of it. The roti must be little thick. Cut them in square shapes. you can cut in any shape you want.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry them.
  5. Put them in sugar syrup.
  6. serve it by garnishing almonds and pistas.
