  • Boiled and diced potatoes 1 cup
  • Splitted green chillies 5
  • rice bran oil 2 tbsp
  • cumin 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Coriender powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½tsp
  • amchur powder 1tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Quick Masala Aloo

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, FRY 5 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  2. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC & CORIANDER POWDERS
  3. ADD 1TSP CUMIN, 1 CUP BOILED & DICED POTATOES
  4. ADD SALT, 1 TSP AMCHUR POWDER, MIX
  5. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, COOK TILL DONE
