These stuffed mushrooms are easy to go starters... You can make it with left over boiled potatoes and paneer so that nothing is wasted in the kitchen..

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mushroom
  2. Boiled potato
  3. Paneer
  4. Salt
  5. Black pepper
  6. Chat masala
  7. Corriandr leaves
  8. Green chilli
  9. Hung curd
  10. Haldi
  11. Ginger garlic paste
  12. Green chilli paste
  13. 2 tsp saunf powder
  14. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Take big mushrooms and remove the sticks.. Put them in boiling water for few minutes
  2. For stuffing mix potatoes, paneer, salt, chat masala, black pepper, corriandr leaves, green chillies
  3. For marination take a bowl put hung curd, salt, haldi, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, saunf powder, lemon juice and mirch powder
  4. Mix them well.
  5. Now take one mushroom, put the stuffing in hollow space, like wise fill all the mushrooms
  6. Now joined two mushroom together and stick them together with a tooth pick
  7. Prepare all your mushrooms like wise and Marinate them and keep aside for 20 minutes
  8. Either pan fry them, barbecue or put them in otg for 20 minutes at 200°
