Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  2. 1 tbsp sliced and toasted almonds
  3. 1 Cup almonds to paste
  4. 4 cups Milk
  5. 1/2 teaspoon saffron soaked in 1tbsp warm milk
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Blanch the almonds and grind to a fine paste.
  2. Cook in the milk till it gets thick.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
  4. Add saffron and cardmom powder.
  5. Simmer for few minutes and remove from heat.
  6. Refrigerate and serve cold, with toasted almonds
