ABOUT Crispy noodle salad RECIPE

This is a different and a very interesting salad, made with noodles and loads of veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled noodles - 1 cup
  2. Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  3. Honey - 1 tsp
  4. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cucumber [chopped] - 1/2 cup
  7. Tomato [chopped] - 1
  8. Capsicum [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt
  10. Oil
  11. Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles, run through some cold water, strain and keep aside.
  2. Now mix the cornflour with the noodles well.
  3. Now heat some oil in a kadhai, deep fry the noodles and drain them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
  4. Chop the vegetables and squeeze them to any extra moisture.
  5. Now mix the veggies with the noodles.
  6. Add rest of the ingredients to the salad.
  7. Mix well and serve immediately.
