Ingredients to make Rawa idli with podi

  • Rawa 1 cup
  • curd 1 cup or so
  • Eno pouch 1
  • Veggies of your choice 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Green chutney as required
  • Podi masala 1 table spoon

How to make Rawa idli with podi

  1. . Ix everything except eno, chutney and podi and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Now grease the idli mould and in between add eno in the batter with few drops of water and mix the batter..
  3. In a pressure cooker or pan put a glass of water to boil
  4. Now pour one tea spoon of batter in idli mould holes and keep in cooker
  5. Let it cook for 10 minutes or till.done. You can do check by doing tooth pic test
  6. Now let it cool down and with the help of knife, take idlis out
  7. In a bowl keep idlis, smear chutney on them liberally and sprinkle podi powder
  8. I used readymade podi. This can be made at home also

My Tip:

Idli could be made plain also that is without veggies
