Ingredients to make Masala Keema gobhi matar

  • cauliflower 500 gm
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • ginger 2 inch
  • garlic 5 cloves
  • tomatoes. 2 large chopped
  • green chillies 2 chopped
  • salt 1 tablespoon or to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1/3 teaspoon
  • Kitchen king masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Asfetoida 1/2 teaspoon
  • mustard oil 3 tablespoon

How to make Masala Keema gobhi matar

  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. Make a puree with onion, ginger, and garlic. Heat a pan and add oil when it is hot add cumin seeds , coriander seeds and asfetoida.
  3. When it starts spluttering add. Onion, puree and cook till it turns golden brown.
  4. Make puree of tomatoes and add to pan. And cook till masala leaves oil.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and both masalas. Mix well.
  6. Add Chopped gobhi and matar. Mix well so that all masala cover the raw vegetables.
  7. Cover the lid. Cook til gobhi becomes soft. Garnish with coriander leaves . your keema gobhi matar masala is ready to serve.

Stir constantly to save it from burning.
