Ingredients to make Bread pakoda

  • gram flour 1cup
  • Bread slices 4
  • Asefotidia 1pinch
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Baking powder ½tsp
  • salt
  • oil for frying
  • potatoes 4
  • Chopped onion 2tbsp
  • Ref chilli powder ½tsp
  • Coriender powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped green chillies 2
  • Chopped coriender 1tbsp

How to make Bread pakoda

  1. TAKE 1CUP GRAM FLOUR, A PINCH OF ASEFOTIDIA AND 1TSP TURMURIC POWDER
  2. ADD ¼ TSP CAROM SEEDS AND MAKE A THICK BATTER WITH WATER.
  3. ADD SALT AND ½TSP BAKING POWDER AND ½TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  4. TAKE 4 BOILED POTATOES AND MESH ALL.
  5. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, CORIENDER, ONION,½TSP RED CHILLI POWDER,1TSP CORIENDER POWDER AND SALT.
  6. CUT THE EDGES OF THE BREAD SLICES,PUT 1TBSP POTATOE STUFFING AND SPREAD IT.
  7. COVER WITH ANOTHER BREAD SLICE AND CUT INTO SMALL TRIANGLES.
  8. DIP EACH STUFFED BREAD INTO THE BATTER AND DEEP FRY IN PRE-HEATED OIL.
  9. FLIP AND FRY FROM BOTH SIDES.
  10. KEEP OUT AND SERVE HOT.
