Ingredients to make Chinese Bhel (Crispy Noodles Salad)

  • 150 grams of fried noodles( I used Readymade ones)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Roasted peanuts crushed 2 tsp
  • 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
  • Spring onion white part & green part for garnishing
  • a tablespoon of tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp of soya sauce

How to make Chinese Bhel (Crispy Noodles Salad)

  1. In a deep pan add 1 Tbsp oil. Add sliced onions. Then keep on adding all chopped vegetables one by one. Stir fry on high flame so that vegetables remain crunchier. Add salt to taste.
  2. Now add schezwan sauce & soya sauce. Add tomato sauce too. Give a gentle stir.
  3. Now in the end add crispy noodles and crushed peanuts and mix nicely. Switch off the flame.
  4. Garnish with spring onion greens.
