ABOUT Aaloo ki Sabji RECIPE

Potatoes are commonly used ingredients in our food ; if we make it without water only in steam and with little oil; not only it's taste is enhanced but also nutritional value

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3-4boiled potatoes
  2. Ghee one tablespoon
  3. Roasted Cumin seeds 1/4teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder to taste
  6. Turmaric powder 1/4teaspoon
  7. Chopped coriander leaves
  8. Chopped green chilies( not spicy one)
  9. Garlic and onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai .
  2. add cumin seeds and chopped garlic and onion. Saute for 5min
  3. Now add boiled potatoes. Add salt;chilli powder and turmaric powder
  4. Mix well all the ingredients
  5. Saute for 5min more
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves and chillies
  7. Cover them with a lid and put off the flame
  8. Serve with roti or parantha
