Ingredients to make Chicken Bezule

  • chicken (boneless,cut into pieces) -500gms
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • curry leaves - 2 sprigs
  • curd - 1tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • maida- 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Rice flour- 1 1/2 tbsp
  • kashmiri chilly powder - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly -5
  • garlic -6 cloves
  • ginger-1"piece
  • oil - for frying

How to make Chicken Bezule

  1. Grind curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic, green chilly into a coarse paste. Transfer the paste into a bowl and add chilly powder, garam masala powder, rice flour, maida, lemon juice, curd, salt and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to it and mix well.Marinate for at least 4 hours. Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry till both sides are brown in color
  3. Garnish with fried curry leaves and green chilly. Serve hot as appetizer or cocktail snack.
