  • 1 brinjal cut into semi circles of 1 cm width
  • zeera powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • rice flour 1 tbsp
  • cornflour 1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying

  1. wash the brinjal slices
  2. mix all the masalas and fry in oil
  3. flip each side until golden
