Ingredients to make Sweet corn soup

  • Sweetcorn boiled one Bowl
  • carrot one [finally chopped ]
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • cornflour one tablespoon
  • butter [as required]

How to make Sweet corn soup

  1. Take half of sweetcorn and grind them in mixer
  2. Heat butter in a pan and add Carrots sweet corn paste.
  3. Saute for 5min
  4. Add Water and rest of corns
  5. Boil the mixture for 5min. Add salt and pepper
  6. Add cornflour mixed in water to the soup. Stir constantly to avoid lumps
  7. When it aquires desired thickness put off the flame and serve hot

My Tip:

Don't use excessive ingredients if you want to take the real taste of corn
