Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups gram flour
  2. 4 onions
  3. Green chillies- 2-4
  4. salt- to taste
  5. Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped Coriander- 2 tbsp
  7. Chopped Mint- 2 tbsp
  8. Chopped curry Patta- 1 tbsp
  9. Oil for Deep frying
  10. Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon
  11. Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  12. Red chilli - as per taste
  13. Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  14. Crushed black pepper- a pinch

Instructions

  1. Make thick paste of flour add sliced onions and all the above ingredients.
  2. Salt as per your taste.
  3. Deep fry the bajiya and also fry some batter coated green chillies.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
