Kanda bhajiya

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gram flour
  • 4 onions
  • Green chillies- 2-4
  • salt- to taste
  • Chaat masala- 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Mint- 2 tbsp
  • Chopped curry Patta- 1 tbsp
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 spoon
  • Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli - as per taste
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper- a pinch

Steps

  1. Make thick paste of flour add sliced onions and all the above ingredients.
  2. Salt as per your taste.
  3. Deep fry the bajiya and also fry some batter coated green chillies.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
