Ingredients to make Inji Thayir.

  • thick fresh curd 1 cup
  • small onion.6
  • green chillies 1
  • ginger 1 small piece
  • salt.

How to make Inji Thayir.

  1. crush all ingredients with hand mixer. or just put in blender for 1 or 2 sec.
  2. mix well with curd. add salt.
  3. make atleast 1/2 an hr before lunch. then all flavour will come to the curry.
  4. & serve with rice.

My Tip:

some make this only with chilli & ginger only. that s also tasty.
