chana dal soaked for 1/2 an hour churned and mixed with curd and cooker cauliflower cut into small pieces and mixed with bit oil salt lemon and baked at 180' for 5 min

  1. soaked chana dal 1 cup
  2. curd 1/2 cup
  3. cauliflower 1 small cut into small pieces
  4. pinch of turmeric powder
  5. mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil
  7. salt

Instructions

  1. churn chana dal mix it with curd form flowing consistency
  2. Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and green chilly to it pour chana dal in it and add tarmaric to it
  3. cut cauliflower into small pieces and sprinkle oil salt lemon to it and bake it for 180' for 5 min
