Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kerala Banana (boiled and peeled) - 4
  2. Egg - 2
  3. Sugar - 4 tablespoon
  4. Ghee - 1 tablespoon
  5. Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Cashews - 5 chopped
  7. Raisins - 12
  8. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Smash the banana to a smooth dough
  2. Take a bowl add egg sugar and cardamom powder and beat with a fork
  3. Pour ghee in a pan add cashews and raisin
  4. Pour in the egg mixture keep stiring until the filling is ready and golden in colour.
  5. Separate the dough into 8 portion and make small balls out of it
  6. Oil hands and flatten each ball and place the filling in the middle
  7. Shape it into ada and deep fry it in hot oil
  8. Serve with tea
