Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tsp cooking oil
  2. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 red chilli
  5. To taste salt
  6. 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 cup chopped white onion
  8. 1 1/2 cup curd

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND LET IT BE SPLUTTER
  2. ADD RED CHILLI
  3. CUMIN SEEDS
  4. ADD WHITE ONION AND SAUTE TILL TENDER
  5. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL
  6. TRANSFER FRIED ONION INTO CURD
  7. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE
