ABOUT Wheat Flour Laddoo RECIPE

This is a variety of delicious and yummy laddus made with wheat flour and fried in ghee. A totally decadent sweet for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee 4 tsp
  2. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Sugar powder 3/4 cup
  4. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. cashew pieces 1/4 cup
  7. Raisins few

Instructions

  1. HEAT 4 TSP OF GHEE
  2. SLOWLY ADD SIEVED WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, MIX WELL
  3. MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  4. ADD CASHEWS AND RAISINS, FRY IN LOW FLAME FOR 5 MINUTES
  5. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER
  6. ADD SUGAR POWDER, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND MIX WELL, THEN ALLOW IT TO COMPLETE COOL
  7. AFTER COOL ADD A PINCH OF SALT
  8. NOW MIX IN HAND
  9. APPLY SOME GHEE TO THE HANDS AND DO SMALL LEMON SIZED BALLS OUT OF IT
  10. WHEAT POWDER LADDOO IS READY
