Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 7-8 chapatis
  2. 1/4 cup Shredded Cabbage
  3. 1/4 cup boiled corn
  4. 1 carrot chopped
  5. 1 capsicum chopped
  6. 1 onion chopped
  7. 1 tomato chopped
  8. 1/4 cup peas
  9. 1/4 cup cauliflower florets
  10. 1/4 cup paneer cut into cubes
  11. 1 potato cubes me cut
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. salt as per taste
  14. 1/4 tsp haldi
  15. ketchup as required
  16. mayonnaise as required
  17. green chutney as required
  18. butter for cooking
  19. Green garlic 4-5 finely chopped
  20. 1 tbsp oil for stuffing
  21. Other ingredients:Shredded cabbage and paneer

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan , add potatoes and cauliflower.
  2. When potatoes become golden brown add the remaining vegetables. Add garlic and sauté .
  3. Then add paneer and spices and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Prepare simple wheat chapati. Cook on both sides and make sure that it is not overcooked.
  5. Now spread ketchup , apply stuffing, a little bit of crushed paneer, green chutney, mayonnaise and a bit of shredded cabbage. Cook properly after applying some butter.
  6. Healthy wrap is ready.
