Ingredients to make Sabudana kheer

  • 1/2cup small size sabudana
  • 1 1/2littre Milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 60 gms mawa
  • 1tbsp ghee
  • Some chopped almond
  • Some chopped pistachews
  • Some chopped cashew nuts
  • 8_10raisins
  • 7 black pepper corn
  • 8_10saffron threads
  • 1/4tsp cardamom powder

How to make Sabudana kheer

  1. First boil milk
  2. After comes boil in our milk then strain sabudana add in a boiled milk.
  3. Continusly stir it and cook it in 5_7minutes.
  4. After half cooked in our sabudana add Mawa and sugar stir it and cook it in a another 5 minutes.
  5. Now take a pan heat ghee then add black pepper corn, raisins and chopped dry fruits fry them and take out a flame.
  6. Now transper this fried dry fruits in a kheer and mix it.at a time add saffron threads also mix it.
  7. After 2minutes it's ready to serve
