Ingredients to make Darsan

  • Ingredients for sugar syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • water as required
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Ingredients for darsan
  • 1 cup boiled Hakka noodles
  • all purpose flour as required
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

How to make Darsan

  1. In hot pan add sugar, water, salt and lemon juice it to simmer till the soloution becomes sticky
  2. In a bowl add boiled Hakka noodles and sprinkle all purpose flour mix well and fried any shape
  3. Transfer into serving plate and pour sugar syrup and put the ice cream scoop and sprinkle houney and sesame seeds
