Sabudana khichdi

Ingredients to make Sabudana khichdi

  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 3_4 chopped green chilli
  • Roasted peanut powder
  • 1/2tsp cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
  • Boiled potato
  • 1tsp oil
  • Some chopped coriander leaves
  • curry leaves

How to make Sabudana khichdi

  1. First soak sabudana atleast 1hour Soaking method(Take a bowl add 1cup sabudana and 11/2cup of water soak it )
  2. Take a kadhai heat 1tsp oil Add cumin seeds and fry it Now add green and curry leaves stir it.
  3. Next add soaked sabudana, salt and give it a good mix cook it in medium flame just 2,3 minutes.
  4. now add coriander leaves mix it.
  5. Ready to serve sabudana Khichdi ,garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.
