Veg Burger

Ingredients to make Veg Burger

  • 4Burger buns
  • 4boiled and mashed potatoes
  • green chilly garlicand ginger paste
  • 1/4 Cup boiled green peas
  • 1Tbsp grated carrot
  • 1Tbsp grated cabbage
  • salt to taste
  • Dry mango powder 1tsp
  • oil to shallow fry
  • Cheese slice 4
  • fun foods mayonnaise
  • 1Tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • Some onion slice
  • Some tomatoe slice
  • Some lettuce leaves

How to make Veg Burger

  1. ADD 4MASHED POTATOES, FINELY CHOPPED CAPSICUM , AND GRATED CABBAGE IN A BOWL
  2. 1/4TH CUP BOILED GREEN PEAS ,GRATED CARROT 1TBSP ,GREEN CHILLY , GARLIC AND GINGERPASTE 1TSP
  3. ADD 2TBSP OF BREAD CRUMBS, SALT TO TASTE AND DRY MANGO POWDER
  4. BIND WITH THE HELP OF YOUR FINGERS
  5. IN A SEPARATE BOWL ADD 2TSP OF CORNFLOUR AND 2TBSP OF WATER TO IT
  6. MIX THE SLURRY
  7. TAKE SMALL PORTION OF POTATOE MIXTURE AND ROLL OVER YOUR PALMS AND FLATTEN IT
  8. DIP IN CORNFLOUR SLURRY AND BREAD CRUMBS
  9. SHALLOW FRY IN PAN FROM BOTH THE SIDES
  10. REMOVE FROM PAN AND TRANSFER IT ON TISSUE PAPER
  11. OPEN FUN N FOOD MAYONISE BOTTLE AND APPLY ON ONE SIDE OF BURGER BUN
  12. APPLY ON OTHER SIDE TOO , PLACE TIKKI ON FLAT SIDE OF BUN
  13. PLACE SOME FRESH LETTUCE LEAVES ON TIKKI, 1 ONION SLICE AND 1TOMATO SLICE, 1CHEESE SLICE
  14. COVER WITH OTHER HALF PORTION OF BURGER AND ENJOY OUR HOMESTYLE VEGGIE BURGER
