ABOUT Multi Grain Vegetable Muffins RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup multi grain flour
  2. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/8 tsp baking soda
  4. 1/2 tsp sugar
  5. 2 tbsp curd
  6. 2 tbsp butter
  7. 1/3 cup milk
  8. 1/4 pepper powder
  9. 1 chopped green chilly
  10. 1/4 tsp oregano and hearbs
  11. 2 tbsp chopped colored capsicum (green red,yellow)
  12. 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  13. 1/4 cup boiled corn
  14. 1/8 cup franch bens
  15. 1/4 mozzarella cheese
  16. 1/4 cup processed cheese
  17. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 180 C. Whisk multi grain flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir the curd, milk, sugar, butter and pizza sauce. Add the liquid mixture into the flour mix
  2. until it gets evenly moist. Let the batter be thick enough.
  3. Add all vegetables and mozzarella cheese, oregano, herbs & pepper powder.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups
  5. Top with the cheese.
  6. Bake until firm when pressed gently, for about 20 minutes
  7. Turn the muffins out of the oven and let it cool on a rack;
  8. Here are your healthy & yummy multi-grain muffins ready to serve.
  9. Serve hot or at room temperature.
