Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala

Ingredients to make Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala

  • 50gm Chicken Reshmi Kebabs
  • 100gm Hung Curd
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nut paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Onion paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp White pepper powder

How to make Chicken Reshmi Butter Masala

  1. Take oil in a pan.after heating add onion paste, saute till the raw flavour has gone.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  3. Add white pepper powder & hung curd.saute well, add cashew nut paste.
  4. Now add chilli powder & salt. Add milk and butter.cook well.
  5. Now add chicken pieces & cook for a few mins.
  6. Switch off the flame & add fresh cream.
  7. Serve hot with naan.
