Dahi puri

Ingredients to make Dahi puri

  • Puri 8
  • Boiled and chopped potato 1/2 cup
  • chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • sweet date tamarind chutney 2 1/2 tsp
  • Green chutney 1 1/2 tsp
  • garlic chutney 1 tsp
  • curd ( beaten) 1/2 cup
  • sev 1/4 cup
  • pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Dahi puri

  1. Firstly prepare all the chutneys and keep aside
  2. Gently make a hole on the top side of each golgappa puri by cracking in the center
  3. Fille each puri with 1tsp potato abnd 1/2 tsp onion...
  4. Drizzle 1 tsp date tamarind chutney, 1/2 tsp geen chutney and garlic chutney over potato...
  5. pour 1 tsp curd over each puri....
  6. Sprinkle sev over it and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds....
  7. Dahi puri is ready to serve....

My Tip:

Adjust the amount of all chutneys and curd to get your desired taste
