Ingredients to make Raw Banana Kabab

  • Raw banana 3 no
  • potatoes 3 or 2 no
  • Rajgira flour 3 tbsp
  • Roasted Penuts 2 tbsp
  • Coriender leaves 1 tbsp
  • cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 2 no
  • Skewers 10 to 12 no
  • salt to tasteoil for frying

How to make Raw Banana Kabab

  1. ALL INGREDIENTS FOR RAW BANANA KABAB
  2. REMOVE THIN SKIN OF RAW BANANA
  3. CUT INTO RAW BANANA
  4. TAKE KADAI HEAT WATER PUT ON STEEL STRAINER FOR STEAM
  5. NOW PLACE RAW BANANA
  6. STEAM RAW BANANA
  7. PUT ON LID FOR STEAM
  8. AFTER 10 TO 15 MIN REMOVE LID
  9. REMOVE STRAINER FROM KADAI
  10. PUT POTATOES IN BOIL WATER
  11. BOIL TILL COOK
  12. NOW CHECK AND REMOVE
  13. REMOVE REMAINS SKIN OF RAW BANANA
  14. PEEL ALL RAW BANANAS
  15. REMOVE SKIN OF POTATOES
  16. STEMED RAW BANANA AND POTATOES
  17. GREAT RAW BANANAS
  18. GREAT POTATOES
  19. MIX TOGETHER
  20. ADD ROASTED PEANUTS
  21. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES - CORIENDER LEAVES - CRUSHED CUMIN SEEDS - BLACK PEPPEE - SALT

  34. PLACE IN PLATE
  35. READY TO SERVE
  36. SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
