  • Rice flour 1 tsp

  1. COOK 4 SLICED BITTERGOURDS WITH SALT & A LITTLE WATER
  2. WHEN DONE,ADD 2 TBSP OIL, SAUTE
  3. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC
  4. ADD 2 TSP GRAM FLOUR
  5. ADD 1 TSP RICE FLOUR, ADD 1 TBSP OIL, MIX & SAUTE TILL CRISP
