Ingredients to make Piyush

  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup shrikhand ( elaichi)
  • 1 tbsp sugar powder
  • 1/4 tsp milk masala
  • 1 tbsp Khus syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

How to make Piyush

  1. In a mixture grinder add curd, shrikhand and sugar powder and churn it
  2. In a glass add khus syrup and pour the curd mix
  3. Top with the ice cream scoop
  4. Sprinkle milk masala, kesar and khus syrup

My Tip:

You can keep the Piyush for a day in the refrigerator
