Ingredients to make Fish roast

  • Small river water fish - 10 to 12
  • ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsps
  • pepper - 1 to 2 tsps
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • lemon - 1
  • salt to taste

How to make Fish roast

  1. Marinate and rub the clean fish with all the above ingredients for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Roast in small batches adding sufficient oil on a flat non stick pan On medium to high flame.
  3. Turn sides and roast well. Ready to be served.
