Ingredients to make Roti vegetable poha

  • Roti 4
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2
  • peas 1 cup
  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup
  • oil as required
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice as required

How to make Roti vegetable poha

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and Cumin seeds to it.
  2. Add Asafoetida.
  3. Add all the veggies.
  4. Saute it.Add all spices.
  5. Add roti pieces to the pan.
  6. Stir this mixture properly and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add lemon juice.
  8. Ready to serve.
