It happens, many a times that we have some left over rotis from the night and this is to give a make over to these and make something very delicious out of them.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roti 4
  2. Chopped coriander
  3. Chopped onion 1
  4. Chopped capsicum 1/2
  5. Peas 1 cup
  6. Chopped cabbage 1 cup
  7. Oil as required
  8. Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  10. Asafoetida a pinch
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  12. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Lemon juice as required

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and Cumin seeds to it.
  2. Add Asafoetida.
  3. Add all the veggies.
  4. Saute it.Add all spices.
  5. Add roti pieces to the pan.
  6. Stir this mixture properly and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add lemon juice.
  8. Ready to serve.
