Ingredients to make Moong dal chilla

  • 2 katori moong dal yellow
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • For stuffing- Paneer- as required
  • Onion chopped- 1
  • Coriander leaves- a few
  • salt acc. to taste

How to make Moong dal chilla

  1. Soak moong dal for 2 hours at least.
  2. After that drain water from daal and grind it with ginger and salt coarsely. Spread on non stick tava like chilla.
  3. Stuff with paneer onion and coriander. Have it wid tomato sauce.. :)
