Mamma'S Fried chicken

Ingredients to make Mamma'S Fried chicken

  • chicken breast -250 gram ( cut into small pieces)
  • eggs - 2
  • Coarse bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • all purpose flour - 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves - 2tbspn
  • ginger garlic paste - 1tbspn
  • lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • masala power - 2tbspn ( i used my native style homemade masala)
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Mamma'S Fried chicken

  1. First marinate the chicken with masala, ginger garlic paste,salt and lime juice.
  2. Keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Take the eggs and beat it nicely with little ginger garlic paste , salt and chopped coriander leaves.
  4. In a plate add the bread crumbs ,all purpose flour and mix it well.
  5. Now drop the chicken pieces one by one into the egg mixture.
  6. Let excess egg mixture drip off before placing them in the bread crumbs and all purpose flour mix.
  7. Coat the egg washed chicken pieces with bread crumbs and all purpose flour.
  8. Continue to do this untill all the pieces are done.
  9. Put the plate in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes as you prepare the oil for frying
  10. Heat oil in a pan and start frying the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

My Tip:

Fry it on a medium flame and turn it occasionally to avoid burning.
