Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Oil 4 tablespoon for dough
  4. Active yeast 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. sugar 1 tablespoon
  7. Warm Milk 1 cup
  8. For patty rava 1 cup
  9. Water 2 cup
  10. Salt according to taste
  11. Chopped vegetables 1/2 cup(onion, carrot, capsicum)
  12. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Amchoor powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Garam Masala1/4 teaspoon
  15. Tomato and onion slice [as required]
  16. Green chutney 2 tablespoon
  17. tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon
  18. Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. First, activate the dry yeast - Add yeast and sugar to the warm milk. Mix gently and rest it for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour and all purpose flour, activated yeast (as done above), 4 tablespoons of oil and salt and make a soft dough using warm water.
  3. Knead the dough thoroughly for 12 minutes to generate the gluten.
  4. Take this dough in a greased bowl, cover it and rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  5. After 1 hour dough divide into 4 part and Knead for 5 minute and make bans and rest for 30 minute
  6. After 30 minutes Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for 25 minutes. When baking, put a glass of water in the oven.
  7. For rava patty ...Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add rava, oil , chopped vahi and salt
  8. Mix it well. Switch off the flame and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. After 15 minutes, take out the flour mixture and knead it into a soft dough.
  10. Take some portion of the dough and make patty
  11. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patty until they turn golden in colour.
  12. When the bread is completely cooled down, cut it.
  13. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on the tava. Place the buns on it.
  14. Shallow fry until light brown in color and crispy.
  15. Take one part of bun ,spread tomato ketchup put rava patty and tomato onion slice spread green chutney and cover with second part and enjoy home made burger.
