  • GOLDEN BALLS- paneer 100 gm
  • Boiled potato 1
  • capsicum 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • carrot 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • cabbage 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • BOLOGNESE SAUCE- olive oil 1 tbsp
  • garlic cloves 2, crushed
  • onion 1, finely chopped
  • tomatoes 3-4
  • pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • SPAGHETTI 100 gm

How to make Spaghetti with Golden Paneer Balls

  1. GRATE 100 GMS COTTAGE CHEESE, 1 BOILED POTATO
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF CAPSICUM, CARROT & CABBAGE, SALT, PEPPER, OREGANO, CHILLI FLAKES TO TASTE
  3. MIX & SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS
  4. FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, KEEP ASIDE
  5. SLIT 3 TOMATOES, BOIL FOR 2 MINS
  6. BOIL 100 GMS SPAGHETTI IN SALTED WATER FOR 8-10 MINS
  7. COOL, PEEL THE TOMATOES, PUREE 2 TOMATOES, CHOP 1 TOMATO
  8. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 2 GARLIC CLOVES, 1 ONION, SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  9. ADD THE TOMATO PUREE, CHOPPED TOMATO, COOK FOR 10-12 MINS
  10. ADD SALT, PEPPER, MIXED HERBS, CHILLI FLAKES TO TASTE, ADD LITTLE WATER IF REQUIRED
  11. ADD READY SAUCE OVER THE SPAGHETTI, PLACE PANEER BALLS ON TOP
