Hakka Noodles

Ingredients to make Hakka Noodles

  • Hakka Noodles. 400gm
  • cabbage shredded 1 cup
  • carrot cut into juliennes 1/2 cup
  • Yellow capsicum thinly sliced. 1 Medium size
  • French beans. 1/2cup
  • Soy Sauce. 3Tbsp
  • garlic chopped. 2Tbsp
  • Chili sauce. 2Tbsp
  • onion sliced 1Medium
  • salt as per taste

How to make Hakka Noodles

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING HAKKA NOODLES.
  2. HEAT WATER IN A PAN AS REQUIRED FOR BOILING NOODLES.
  3. ADD SALT AND OIL STIR WELL.
  4. WHEN WATER STARTS BOILING ADD HAKKA NOODLES.
  5. COOK NOODLES TILL AL DENTE OR ACCORDING TO PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS.
  6. DRAIN COOKED NOODLES IN A COLANDER.
  7. ADD OIL AND MIX NOODLES GENTLY .
  8. HEAT OIL IN A WOK ON MEDIUM HEAT ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS.
  9. ADD SLICED ONION STIR FRY ON HIGH FLAME FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  10. ADD CARROTS AND FRENCH BEANS STIR FRY FOR A MINUTE.
  11. ADD CABBAGE AND CAPSICUM STIR FRY FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  12. ADD SALT AND MIX WELL.
  13. ADD SOY SAUCE AND CHILI SAUCE,STIR WELL.
  14. ADD BOILED NOODLES .
  15. MIX AND TOSS WELL UNTIL NOODLES ARE EVENLY COATED WITH SAUCES AND VEGETABLES.
  16. TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE HOT.
