How to make Chicken Tikka Kebab

  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes, wash nicely and dry it completely.
  2. Mix lemon juice and spices with yogurt. Mix the chicken and marinade for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. For the second marination, add 2 tbsp mustard oil and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  4. Put the chicken onto the skewers. Brush a little oil and cook in an oven at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chat masala, chopped coriander and onions.
My Tip: Moisture is the enemy of kebab. Brush oil occasionally when baking for juicy soft kebab. Try pudina chatni with this kebab.
