Ingredients to make Veg Mayo Burger For All

  • Grated pumpkin 1 tablespoon
  • Grated carrot 1 tablespoon
  • Grated boiled potato 1 to 2 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Little Oil or butter for shallow frying
  • Cheese slices 2
  • Dr. Oetkar Veg Mayonnaise spread as per requirement approximately 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • tomato slices 4 to 6
  • cucumber slices 4 to 6
  • Burger buns 2

How to make Veg Mayo Burger For All

  1. Take grated pumpkin, grated carrot, finely chopped onion ,boiled and grated potato , ginger garlic paste and bread crumbs, black pepper powder and salt to taste
  2. Except bread crumbs , mix well all ingredients and prepare a dough . Prepare patties from it and properly coat in bread crumbs
  3. Heat some oil on non stick pan , and shallow fry patties from both sides till golden brown and Crisp
  4. Take burger buns , slice them in middle , apply Dr. Peter Veg Mayonnaise properly on both slices , arrange tomato and cucumber slices Place ready patties and lastly Cheese slice , like wise repeat the process with cucumber slices , and tomato slices .. laslty close the burger with another bun slice
  5. Heat some oil on non stick pan , and shallow fry burger buns from both sides till golden brown and Crisp
  6. Garnish as you like and serve hot immediately ..and enjoy

My Tip:

Seasoning like black pepper powder or spread can be changes as per choice
