Ingredients to make Oats and potato tikki burger

  • 3 medium sized boiled potatoes
  • Half cup oats
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Half tbsp red chilli powder
  • Half tbsp amchur powder
  • Half tbsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 burger buns
  • One tomato cut into rounds
  • One onion ". ". "
  • Some shredded cabbage
  • tomato sauce
  • Green chutney
  • Burger mayonnaise

How to make Oats and potato tikki burger

  1. Mix boiled potatoes and all the dry masalas and shape them into tikki. Roll them into oats and shallow fry them till golden brown or crisp
  2. Now cut the burger buns into halves. Apply green chutney on one side and tomato ketchup on the other half
  3. Now place some onion and tomato rings and shredded cabbage on the lower half bun. Now place the tikki on it.
  4. Now scoop some veg burger mayonnaise and place it on the top. Cover it with the other half bun. Prick with tooth pick to make them in place and enjoy the burger

My Tip:

You can slightly toast the buns before assembling it for making it crunchy
