  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs

  • Mayyonise:
  • 4 spoon white mayonnaise
  • 4 spoon red mayonnaise
  • Garnish:
  • 5_6 onion slice
  • 5-6 tomato slice
  • 5-6 capsicum ring
  • 4 cheese slice
  • butter as required

  1. Take a pakode ' s ingredients.mix well. Add water.make a ghol.
  2. In a frying pan .fry pakoras .
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Take a cutlets ingredients.mix well in the bowl.
  5. Mix well . And make cutlets.Then take a pan . Put oil .And deep fry the cutlets.
  6. Assembling burger:
  7. Cut the burger in the middle.
  8. Heat a pan and spread some butter on it . Place the burger on it
  9. Then spread white mayonnaise and red mayyonise on it.
  10. Then put cabbage leaf and then cheese slice, then cutlet , then onion,romato , capsicum ring on it.Then put pakoras on it.
  11. Then take second piece of burger spread white mayonnaise and red mayyonise on it .
  12. Serve with punjabi pickle and red mayonnaise.
