  • For marination :
  • Boneless chicken pieces - 200 gm
  • curd - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
  • egg - 1
  • cornflour - 3 tbsp
  • For tempering :
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  • curry leaves - 12
  • Slit green chillies - 3
  • curd - 2 tbsp
  • jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Ajinamoto - 1/4 th tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • Refined oil

How to make Chicken majestic

  1. MARINATE THE BONELESS CHICKEN PIECES WITH CURD, SALT, PEPPER, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, EGG, CORNFLOUR.
  2. HEAT OIL TO A VERY HIGH SMOKING POINT AND FRY THE MARINATED CHICKEN.
  3. THE CHICKEN SHOULD BE FRIED TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  4. THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING.
  5. HEAT SOME OIL IN ANOTHER PAN, ADD CHOPPED GARLIC, CURRY LEAVES AND SLIT GREEN CHILLIES.
  6. FRY TILL THEY SMELL.
  7. ADD THE JEERA POWDER, CHILLY POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, AND SALT. STIR.
  8. NOW ADD SOME WHISKED CURD.
  9. NOW ADD SOME SOY SAUCE AND STIR.
  10. ADD AJINAMOTO AND KEEP STIRRING
  11. NOW ADD LITTLE WATER SO THAT THE MASALA DOESN'T BURN.
  12. NOW ADD THE FRIED CHICKEN AND GIVE IT A GOOD STIR.
