  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil to fry
  • water to wash

How to make Flower Fry

  1. TAKE CAULIFLOWER FLOWER CUT INTO QUArTER WASH IN WATER
  2. ADD SMALL PIECES OF FLOWERS INTO BOIL WATER FOR FIVE MINUTES AND DRAIN THE WATER
  3. ADD SALT , CHILLI POWDER MIX WELL.
  4. FRY IN OIL
  5. FLOWER FRY READY
