Ingredients to make Chicken 65

  • 250 gms chicken
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsps thick curd
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour or All Purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • oil for frying
  • onion and lemon slices for serving

How to make Chicken 65

  1. ADD 250 GMS CHICKEN. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 1 TSP PEPPER POWDER,2 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER
  2. 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC, CORIANDER AND GARAM MASALA POWDER, 1 TBSP CORN FLOUR, 1 TBSP RICE FLOUR
  3. 2 TBSPS THICK CURD, SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  4. MARINATE FOR ATLEAST 30 MINS
  5. HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND FRY 2 GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED AND 1 SPRIG CURRY LEAVES TILL CRISP.
  6. IN THE SAME HOT OIL DROP THE MARINATED CHICKEN
  7. FLIP OVER, STIR AND FRY THE CHICKEN FOR 10-12 MINS TILL GOLDEN.
  8. REMOVE THEM AND SERVE WITH FRIED CURRY LEAVES, FRIED GREEN CHILLIES, ONION SLICES AND LEMON SLICES.
